1. Eligibility & Registration
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Certain Services may require an active membership and successful billing setup.
2. Services
- RoadCover – Expert legal support for RAF claims, with no legal costs.;
- RoadCover Plus – Combines accident and pothole protection in one plan;
- Pothole Assist – Hassle-free cover for pothole-related tyre and rim damage.
Some benefits are provided by third-party partners and may be subject to their terms.
3. Fees, Billing & Cancellations
Applicable membership fees, billing cycles and cancellation mechanics are disclosed at signup. By activating a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges until cancelled. You can cancel per the instructions in your welcome communication or by contacting Customer Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or submit false or misleading information. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies upon posting.
